Income Report – March 2018
If you read my previous income report for February you will know I started a new job at the end of February. I decided to take a break from following tipsters for a while as I wanted to focus my energy on my new job.
Tipsters have been profitable for me but when following some of the popular ones it can be quite stressful trying to get the bets on quickly enough that you the odds quoted by the tipsters, also some tips are posted at certain times when i’d be at work so I think a short break would be good.
I still continued to following the matched betting calendar on Oddsmonkey, the good thing about matched betting is a lot of the offers focus around football and therefore I can place the bets during weeknights and weekends.
March is also a special month for Matched Betting, probably the most profitable event in the Matched Betting calendar occurs: Cheltenham horse racing festival.
Obviously as Cheltenham is horse racing the racing takes place in the day so I managed to book a few days off work to concentrate. Its been a really profitable week for me in the past so I knew it would be worthwhile.
I’m happy to report it didn’t disappoint and even with starting the new job I managed to make a total profit of ?2,926.29 in March. ?1,392.20 was purely from Cheltenham.
I was actually a little disappointed with how much I made during Cheltenham as I know others (through the OddsMonkey forum) made over ?4,000. But of course I could have made less so I’d call that a pretty successful few days.

As mentioned above with the new job I stated at the end of February I decided to take a short break from following any tipster services. I’m happy to report the job is going well and i’m enjoying it, in the near future I will definitely start following tipster services soon and will update the blog of these.
For next month though I have decided to just continue with Matched Betting, hopefully it will continue to be as profitable for me as the last few months!
